Helping you Understand NHS Services Better

We know navigating healthcare can be confusing and it's hard to know just where to go when you or your family become unwell. 

That's why we're partnered with the NHS and five local organisations, Dalmar Heritage and Family Development, Polish and Eastern European Christian Centre, Sewn Together, and Turkish Cypriot Women's project, to deliver a project to help us understand the barriers you face when accessing support.

We aim to help you understand what primary care is and the different services on offer to help you and your family access the right service at the right time. We hope that this will lead to better health outcomes for you, your children, your family, and your wider community both now and in the future.
