Young People: Voices for Change

Youth Echo hosted a powerful Youth Advocacy Workshop with Participation People, specialists in youth engagement and empowerment, to get young people talking and using their voices for change.

Youth Echo is a Bridge project delivered in partnership with NLPC and Godwin Lawson Foundation to amplify the voices of young people, bring about change, and create more opportunities for young people in Haringey.

Led by the brilliant Hannah and her team, the session was packed with creative activities designed to get everyone thinking, talking, and collaborating.

As part of the session, one of the facilitators shared her powerful journey from care leaver to advocate for change, a clear message to those present that their voice holds power.At the end of the session, every participant reported feeling more confident about using their voice, and many were eager to attend future events and advocate for change in the borough.
