About the Project

Our brand-new programme for older adults in Haringey, delivered at our Bridge Community Hut, an accessible, trusted space situated on the Tiverton Estate.

Every Thursday, from 11 am to 4 pm, we will provide a warm, welcoming space for older residents to connect, relax, and enjoy time together and a weekly timetable of activities, including:

  • Creative craft sessions
  • Cooking sessions and share a meal together
  • Gardening activities
  • Board games and social time
  • Mindfulness and Movement

On Fridays we will be offering a free gardening session from 10-12pm followed by a free nutritious and delicious meal and a time to connect and chat.

Through these sessions, we will help reduce isolation, improve physical and mental well-being, and help older people live healthier, more connected, and purpose-filled lives
