The Bridge Renewal Trust and Haringey Public Health present a new and exciting opportunity for Haringey residents, faith leaders, small business owners, and community messengers who want to positively impact heart health in their communities. Healthy Hearts: Haringey Resident Project Fund is seeking trusted and influential individuals in the borough to be Resident Providers who can lead community members into life-saving cardiovascular disease (CVD) lifestyle change services. If you live or work in Haringey, have strong social connections, and want to support borough residents, we encourage you to apply.

Selected Resident Providers will:

  • receive up to £2,000 to support their time-bound lifestyle intervention projects
  • work with a core service provider to design and develop their projects
  • have support from the Bridge Renewal Trust, Haringey Council, and other agencies through every stage, including training, delivery, monitoring, and reporting
  • get assistance with career progression planning

How to Apply

Please complete an Expression of Interest (EOI) form if you would like to be a Resident Provider.
