How We've Helped to Build a Safer Haringey We've Supported Through our Home Cooked Consortium: 1627 young people to access mental health, employment and sports opportunities, helping to reduce youth violence across the borough through our Home Cooked project: 60 young people to access intensive 1-1 mentoring to build their confidence and stay engaged in education 45 parents and carers to access Non-Violent Resistance training and SEND guidance 1,013 young people at local schools and colleges to access knife crime awareness assemblies 638 young people to be equipped with tools to identify and prevent radicalisation Six local organisations to be awarded funding totalling £19,055 to help improve safety in Haringey through our Safer Neighbourhood Board .
