Home Cooked

Home Cooked

Home Cooked is a violence reduction programme funded by the Mayor’s London Violence Reduction Unit.
This is a partnership project to help tackle serious youth violence in the Tottenham Hale ward. We provide a range of initiatives for young people and their families such as sport provision, employment support, a future leaders programme and mental health support.
Home Cooked Tottenham Hale has been awarded £150,000 to continue supporting the Tottenham Hale community.

The Home Cooked consortium, including Bridge Renewal Trust (lead partner), is pleased to continue collaborating with valued partners such as Father2Father, the Godwin Lawson Foundation, Mind in Haringey, and the North London Partnership Consortium.

These organisations are dedicated to opening up “pathways to opportunities” for young people, families, and the entire community. Their work not only highlights past achievements but also encourages active participation in shaping future initiatives.

“This new series of activities is focused on securing the Consortium's long-term sustainability to provide continued support to the community and attract additional funding opportunities for grassroots groups. By organising community forums and workshops, we enable these groups to have a significant say in shaping the support they need to thrive”.

Home Cooked Tottenham Hale continues to offer access to information, advice, and support including bulletins, community forums, training programmes, inter-generational networking opportunities, and digital platforms.

Preparations are underway for the launch of the Home Cooked Tottenham Hale Sustainability Plan in October 2024, followed by the Home Cooked Tottenham Hale Showcase in February 2025.
