Co-Production Project About the Project Welcome to Healthy Neighbourhoods, a project dedicated to ensuring the voices of different communities remain at the heart of health service design and delivery. We're working with a team of dedicated Community Ambassadors, and local grassroots and Voluntary Sector Community groups who are deeply embedded and highly trusted across Haringey to improve services for different communities. Together, we’re working to reduce inequalities in health and improve the well-being and life chances of people living in the most deprived and diverse neighbourhoods in East Haringey.
